This is the story of how a boy sees a girl and fall hopelessly in love! From the first moment he saw her she was the most amazing creature he has ever seen. He vows from the first sight of her, she is the love of his life. As they grow this puppy love turns into deep feelings for her. He longs for the day when she will see him as more than just a friend. Her interest seems to lie in the jock type and not an average young intelligent black man. As they grow he continues to try and understand why he is never good enough? Why she seems to tease and bait him just to keep him around? Why she pretends to care yet her actions are contrary to what she tells him? He tries everything! Nothing seems to work! He begins to watch her concerned about the things she is doing. There are days he feels as if he is in a whirlwind of emotion because nothing is consistent with his friend/love of his life. A very tragic event happens to her mother and she moves away. He vows to finish college and move to where he can find her and be close to her because his love for her is real. As things begin to unravel with stories she has told, he begins to understand the pain a father can cause a little girl.
